Geography in Orlando

Located approximately 150 miles from the Florida/Georgia outskirt, in a zone encompassed by various citrus producers and 1,200 lakes, Orlando lies around 50 miles from the Atlantic toward the east, 75 miles from the Gulf Coast toward the west, and around 375 miles from the tip of the Florida Keys. Bounteous daylight and warm temperatures are the standard.

Every day temperatures go from the low 70s to the mid 80s from October to May, and evening lows normal from the low 50s to the mid 60s, with periodic stops in the middle of December and February. From May through September the day by day normal highs are in the upper 80s to mid 90s, and lows normal from the upper 60s to mid 70s. Winning breezes are southerly at nine miles for each hour. The summers are humid and rainfall happens as often as possible toward the evening.
