- We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airline for the clients.

- Hotel check-in times are 3 pm and check-out times are 11 am.
- At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use
- Please note hotel prices are subject to availability and prices may be higher during peak season. Prices are a close estimation but are not guaranteed until booked. There will be a surcharge for weekday stay in Washington and there will be a surcharge for May-August stay in New York and Niagara
