- Guests who have been infected and fully recovered from COVID within 90 days of travel are recommended to carry
- A medical certificate from the doctor that clearly states that you have had COVID on (Date) and you have successfully undergone 7-day quarantine & treatment for Covid as per protocol.
- Copy of your earlier RTPCR test within 90 days of travel showing you were tested positive.
- Received a Negative COVID test result post the quarantine. *The letter should also carry your Passport details.
- In case you are tested positive on arrival, you may produce these documents to the hospital team and there is a good chance you would be issued a medical certificate sharing that despite your positive result, the
- positive result falls within the 90 days guideline per CDC for still testing positive and present minimal risk for transmission. The final verdict of course is of the hospital and doctor concerned. This is not guaranteed but
- most likely if you present the documents and present your case.
- Supporting Documents: The COVID positive Test result, Pre-travel negative test result along with the Medical Certificate issued by your doctor.
- For guests who were infected with COVID, outside 90 days before travel, the above will not apply. If they test positive upon arrival in Bangkok, they will be required to go through the full quarantine procedure as
- prescribed by the Thailand Government.
- Guests staying 5 nights or more, are recommended not to book any tour or activity on Day 5 to accommodate time for the RTPCR test.
WAITING TIME TRANSFER AND TOURS:
- SIC Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 5 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pickup.
- PVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up
- Guests should be at the waiting area as per itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
- Driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.
