  • Please note that SLTDA & Sri Lankan government has decided to remove – arrival PCR & quarantine regulation until end of Oct 2021. Hopefully this might extend but if they didn’t do the same, will have to go ahead with earlier given protocols. However Clients can Travel freely as used to with these both options.  If they go back to the earlier protocols they will have to be quarantined for 01 night with USD 40 per person for the arrival PCR this would be an optional. 

Day wise travel itinerary

  • Day 1 :Arrive Colombo

    Meet & assist on arrival. Proceed to Colombo Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure in the Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at the Hotel.

  • Day 2 :Depart : Colombo to Bentota (1 Hrs /49 Mins Approx – 81.5 KM)

    After your breakfast.  Leave for Bentota from Colombo

    Bentota city tour.

    Bentota is a coastal town in Sri Lanka,  Bentota is situated on the southern bank of the Bentota River mouth, at an elevation of 3 meters (9.8 ft) above the sea level. The name of the town is derived from a mythical story which claims a demon named 'Bem' ruled the tota or river bank. Optional visit to.

    KOSGODA TURTLE HATCHERY.

    Visit to the turtle hatchery in Kosgoda. Five of the world's 8 species of turtles nest in Sri Lankan beaches. The Turtle Hatchery at Kosgoda is a conservation project that is helping to sustain and enhance the stability of sea turtles. Where you can see five species of turtles-Green Turtles 

    Hawksbill Turtle, Loggerhead Turtle, Leatherback Turtle and Olive Ridley Turtle.

    Dinner &overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 3 :Bentota

    After your breakfast. Optional Whale watching at Mirissa, evening visit Historical Galle city and Hikkaduwa Beach. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 4 :Bentota - Colombo : (1 Hr 40 Min – 81 KM)

    Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from Bentota to Colombo. 

    Colombo City Tour.

    Colombo is the business and commercial center and the new capital is Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte, only a few miles away. Colombo was only a small seaport. Colombo became the capital of Sri Lanka in 1815 after Kandyan Kingdom was ceded to the British. The remains of the buildings during the period of the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule are found in every area of the city. Visit Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison, Sea Street - the Goldsmith’s quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area where there is also a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings, the Kayman’s Gate with the Belfry at the original gate to enter the Fort, the Dutch Church of Wolfendhaal dating back to 1749, Kelaniya Buddhist Temple dating to 6th C.B.C., Davatagaha Mosque, Colombo Museum and the Natural History Museum are some of the sites to be visited. Dinner at Outside restaurant.  Overnight stay at the hotel.

Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project

There are five assortments of Sea Turtles found in Sri Lanka, to be specific Olive Ridley Turtle, Loggerhead Turtle, Green Turtle,Hawksbill Turtle and Leatherhead Turtle. Sri lanka has different Turtle Conservation Projects dynamic in the nation securing their settling biological systems. Kosgoda is one of them. Not exclusively would you be able to see the eggs, recently brought forth turtles yet you could likewise discharge them into the ocean during the evening.
