Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 :Edinburgh
Arrive at Edinburgh. You will be transfer to the Hotel and Check in. Evening will be free to explore the city Centre. Overnight in Edinburgh.
Day 2 :Edinburgh
After breakfast, depart on your own to the departure point of Hopon Hop off bus tour. Visit Edinburgh Castle (Entry Not Included), Royal Mile, Scotts Monument and many other famous sights of Edinburgh. Later afternoon you can opt for a visit to The Royal Yacht Britannia. Return back to Hotel. Overnight in Edinburgh.

Day 3 :Edinburgh
After breakfast, proceed on your own to the departure point of Full Day Tour to Loch Lomond, Stirling, and Glengoyne Distillery. Depart to Stirling Castle where you can visit this imposing stronghold, the favourite residence of the Stuart kings, where Mary Queen of Scots was crowned. You then continue into the beautiful forest-covered hills of the Trossachs. Along the remote and spectacular drovers’ road to Loch Lomond. Return back and overnight in Edinburgh.

After breakfast, check out and transfer yourself to the station to board a train to Inverness. Arrive at Inverness and transfer yourself to the Hotel and Check in. After freshen up, you can opt to visit Loch Ness, here you can opt to take a scenic boat ride on the lake as well to visit Urquhart castle. Later return back to Inverness. Overnight in Inverness.

At 9:00am, begin your 1-day tour on Edinburgh’s most famous street, The Royal Mile where your driver-guide provides insight into Edinburgh’s fascinating past. As you make your way toward Stirling, hear the story of the true "Braveheart," William Wallace. Explore one of the largest and most important castles in Scotland, Stirling Castle (own expense) and enjoy incredible views from the battlements to the Wallace Monument. Stirling Castle

Stirling is considered is Scotland’s one of the greatest stone castles peaked with importance in the 1500s however, its volcanic bluff has been invigorated since antiquated occasions. Stroll around in the castle and come across exhibits to learn of all the battles that were fought around the castle and see Renaissance architecture. Most of the castle’s buildings are from the 15th and 16th centuries. Appreciate glorious views of the King's Knot and Royal Park, which were once regal properties related with the castle.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

What is Schengen Countries and How About Visas

Currently, the Schengen area consists of 26 European countries Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden, along with Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

Being part of the Schengen area without internal border controls means that you can visit these countries on a single valid schengen visa.

These countries do not carry out border checks at their internal borders (i.e. borders between two Schengen states); carry out harmonized controls, based on clearly defined criteria, at their external borders (i.e. borders between a Schengen state and a non-Schengen state).

The EU states that are not, or not yet part of the Schengen area, are Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, Romania and the United Kingdom .This means that a flight from one of these states to a Schengen state is regarded as an external flight and is subject to border checks, and a separate visa of the respective country other than Schengen visa.

Do I Have to go Personally to Apply For Visas?

Yes. You need to visit Visa Facilitation Service (VFS) Office for biometrics. VFS is present in all Major Cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi , Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai etc.

One needs a confirm prior appointment to visit the VFS office. You need to carry documents as per visa checklist, along with your original passports.

Please note European Schengen Visa, is granted on the basis of strong IT returns & good travel history.

From Which Country can I Apply for Visas?

The three following factors are determinative on where you should file your Schengen visa application:

The number of countries you will be visiting

The number of days you will be spending in each

The country where you will step in first, in case you visit more than one of the Schengen member states

After having clear three factors given above, then you will be able to decide where to apply, according to the following rules:

If you are planning to visit only one country – then you needs to apply at the respective countries VFS representation of the Schengen country you will be visiting, located in your country of residence.

If you are planning to visit more than one country – then where you need to apply depends on the number of days you will be spending in each of the countries you will be staying.

When spending an equal amount of days in each – then you need to apply at the diplomatic representation of the country where you will arrive first.

What to expect from your European Holiday!

Please note that Europe Tour is a coach tour and the Same is on the go. There are no free days. You will be traveling and exploring for Full Day. You will move out of the hotel in the morning and come back after dinner only.
The Tour Involves traveling by bus every day. We travel from one country to another country by bus.For details how much traveling involve each day please refer to our itinerary.
Hotels will be outside city centermost of them are in airport areas or in nearby cities. In case of big events or trade shows hotel may be very far.
Most of the Hotels are not built with air conditioning due to climatic conditions of Europe. In case of heatwave usually hotels ask to open window and sleep. Many times
All breakfast will be continental throughout the tour. It has bread, butter, cereals, juice etc. One will not get any Indian items at all in breakfast. There is no live counter in European cities to serve Eggs varieties.
Tips are compulsory in Europe for coach captain and Guides. Hence you will have to pay 3 Euros per person per day on the tour upon arrival to your Tour Leader.
Porter services are not available in Europe due to shortage of manpower therefore we insist you to carry minimum luggage with four-wheeler bags as you will have to carry your bags to your room and bring the same back.
Due to operational reasons, we may have to change any meal to packed meals.
Arrival & Departure Transfers: If you are flying different airline than group, transfer will be provided if you are 2 and more passengers. Transfers are on SIC basis and we will combine all arrivals coming within 1 Hr of your arrival so you might have to wait for some time at the airport.
Daily water bottles are not provided in Europe as Tap water is drinking water and very safe.
If you have an early arrival or late departure, please note that standard group check in time is 1600 Hrs and check out is 1000 Hrs. You will have to check in or check out the room accordingly. Also, our tour starts with dinner on 1st day and ends with Breakfast on Last Day. We can provide extra meals at a cost if required.

12. Coaches

European tours are coach Tours, and we travel every day by coach to one destination to other and one country to other. All Itinerary is on the go and involves at least 2 – 6 Hours of Traveling daily depending on the Itinerary. To know more please refer to our itinerary which clearly mentions all the traveling time.
Coach Captains are bound by European laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore, it is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually.
For our tours we do have all sizes of coaches such as 30-seater, 49-seater and 55-seater. We choose coach as per number of participants in the tour and we tend to use full capacity of our coach with no seat or hardly a seat or two empties in the coach.
Our coaches will not have any WIFI facilities on board.

13. Meals

Breakfast: Your breakfast is normally a continental breakfast which usually will have Tea or Coffee, Juices, Cereals, Milk, Breads, Butter, Jam. No Indian item or Jain item may be available.
Lunch & Dinner: All our Lunches and Dinners will be pure vegetarian meals. Your typical meal will consist of Two Main Veg Dishes, Naan or Roti, Dal, Rice, Salad and Sweet or Ice Cream.
*At Mt. Titlis, Jungfraujoch and Cruise they have meals as per their policy.
* If you are non vegetarian please request us at the time of booking.
Jain passengers: Please note, the Jain food which may be provided will be without onion, garlic & potatoes. Any further restriction from the above for vegetables etc cannot be accommodated. Also there will be restricted choice of vegetables, curries items for jain passengers.
Some of Meals will be Packed Meals on the Tour for betterment of itinerary and convenience of our passengers.
Drinking water will not be provided during the tour because tap water is suitable for drinking.
Meals Doesn't Include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices.
In Some European cities soup, starter or deserts served are limited.
Some of the meals in the tour can be pizzas and pastas to provide variety of cuisine.
Please note that lunch and dinners are in restaurants, which may be far from your hotels.
If you are sick or ill on tour, we will guide you to the medical facilities but the tour will continue towards and the tour manager also will continue further on the tour. You will be on your own.

14. Hotels

Unlike Asian or other countries most of the hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small and not all hotels have air-conditioners or fan due to climatic conditions.
You will find a list of Hotels which we usually use in the Itinerary section.
Please note that hotels chosen are usually not in the City Centre and in metro cities such as London, Paris, Rome, Munich etc. the hotels are mostly next to the airports or any place which is not near to city centre.
In case of non-availability or necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances to change mentioned hotel Flamingo will reserve a similar category of substitute hotel.
Most of the Hotels will accommodate up to 3 persons in room and for your comfort also we accept minimum of 3 persons in one room.
Most hotels have more Twin rooms. Double rooms are available upon request but not guaranteed. If the Double room is not available a Twin room will be given.
Please note that size of the Double and Triple rooms are usually the same. In Triple room, third bed is typically a roll- away bed or an extra bed.
Please note that standard check in time is 1500 Hrs and Check out is 1100 Hrs in Europe. (It may vary from Hotel to Hotel)
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
Not All hotels in Europe Offers Free WIFI and if required it must be purchased directly from the reception.
Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as Air Show, World Athletic Meet, the Motor Show, Ice Skating Championships etc., the hotels may be blocked out more than two years in advance. In view of this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the itineraries may have to be altered / amended.

15. Sightseeing & Tours

Please note that Eiffel Tower ticket time slots to go up needs to be pre – purchased and the same has very limited availability. If the same is not available we may have to queue up and the queue may last up to 2 to 3 hrs.

Many times due to strong wind or overcrowding on the 3rd level they stop the sale of the tickets and / or do not allow going on the top (3rd floor). In that case there will be no refund on the tickets.
Eiffel Tower illuminations are subject to weather conditions and Eiffel Tower policies.
We do not visit any monuments from inside in our City Tours unless Inside visit is specified in our inclusions.
We do visit Leaning Tower of Pisa but from outside only as the same is 8 storey building with 295 steps to climb and no lift. We do not take you inside.
As the coaches are forbidden in Historic Centre of Rome, Florence and Venice the tours will be done by foot and sufficient amount of walking is involved.
It is very common to have major events, cycle races or marathons or heavy traffic or due to any unforeseen circumstances some part of cities are not accessible to general public. In a case like this we may have to do tour walking or amend the itinerary or we may not be able to do City Tour, Sightseeing or Meal. We will try our best to take a way out but there will strictly not be any refund for the unutilized services.

16. Luggage

On Tour Luggage Allowance in the coach is one handbag and one suitcase per person, due to the limited space in the coach, even if you are allowed more luggage in Flights, we request you to follow coach luggage allowance.

What documents are Required for Initial Booking :

Passports Copies: First and Last Page (All Passports Must Be Valid for Minimum of 6 months from the date of Return.)
PAN Card Copies of All Passengers.
Fully Vaccination Certificate with Booster Dose iftakenor If Booster is nottaken then please take the same and Give updated certificate. (Non-Vaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Travellers are not allowed to Travel)
If Billing is to be done in Company Name Company GST Number& Certificate is required.
Deposit of INR 50000/- per person to confirm the seat on the tour.
Expired Passport & Booking:

If you book your Tour knowing your or one of your family members passport is expired or in renewal we will not confirm your seat in particular tour date.
If you want particular travel date only, in that case if passport do not come on time or appointments are not available to do the visas, cancellation will be applicable. Flamingo Transworld cannot be held responsible for the same.
If you wish to avoid such cancellation please confirm the date once passport is received as per availability at the time.

We will try to help with the same but DO NOT GUARANTEE availability of the same)
Billing Details (If you need to claim any GST or TCS or needs your Bills in your Company Account, GST No and Proper Billing details needs to be submitted before booking is made. To make changes in Our Accounting System after Invoice is raised is not Possible)
For Overseas Medical Insurance do mention if you have any exiting Diseases.
Inform your Sales Staff In case if you have anyone who is travelling with you is not very mobile and may require long time to walk or need wheelchair. In Europe we do have many many cities where one is require to walk long and city tour is by foot. So, check before booking that you are not booking any wrong Tour for you or your family.

It is very important to understand the cancellation Policy before booking. Especially understand cancellation in each scenario mentioned below.

In case if Visas are rejected

Cancellation Charge Incase Of Visa Rejection (Before 60 Days of Departure):

If UK Visas Rejected:

Visa Fees of UK Visas – Rs.13000/- per person

Service Charge – Rs.5000/- per person

Ticket Cancellation – Rs. 18000/- per person

If Schengen Visas Rejected:

Visa Fees Of Schengen: Rs. 9800/- Per Person (Around Rs.7800 Paid by passengers Direct and around Rs.1983 Paid By us)

Service Charges:Rs.5000/- per person

Ticket Cancellation – Rs. 18000/- per person

(Within 60 Days of Departure):

Cancellation will be charged as normal Tour Cancellation Policy as mentioned below.

*5% Service Tax is applicable on all cancellation amounts.

2. In case if you cancel the tour Personal Reasons

60 Days or more prior to Departure: Rs. 50000/-

59 to 35 Days prior to Departure: 50 % of the Tour Cost

34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure: 75 % of the Tour Cost

Within 15 Days of Departure: 100% of the Tour Cost

*5% Service Tax is applicable on all cancellation amounts.

*All our tickets are being group tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of departure.

3. If we cannot Operate the tour due to Circumstances Beyond our Control

What actual expenses such as Visa Fees & Ticket Cancellation or Credit Note as per Airline Policy will be deducted from your deposit and Credit Voucher will be given for the remaining amount. Airline Credit Note if any will be transferred as well.

Payment Policy to Make the Payment!

TCS , is applicable on our Total Tour Cost, depending on your annual purchase of overseas transactions you will be either paying 5 % or 20 % TCS, which can be claimed back. (Which is not part of Total Tour Cost and Charged additionally)
Rate of Exchange at the time of Payment.
ROE will be applicable on the day when you make final payment.
ROE will be determined as perinterbank rate on www.xe.com + Rs.1 on the day when you make payment.
We are ok if you wish to make early payment in case EUR exchange rate goes lower. You can keep checking the same on www.xe.com.

3. Payment Schedule:

Initial Deposit: INR 50000/- per person is required to confirm the seat.

2nd Payment 75 Days before departure:INR 80000/- (This payment will be considered towardIndian Rupees Cost)

3rd Payment 45 Days before departure: INR 50000/-

4th Payment 30 Days before departure: Remaining Full Payment

*1st and 2nd payment will be considered towards INR part payment only.

4. Please note that it is mandatory toadhere to above schedule no matter if your visas are received or not.

Airline

Please note that in one departure all passengers may be flying different airlines. Tour Manager may not be traveling with you on the flight.
We will issue your tickets irrespective of your visa documents have been submitted to not to our office. If you doubt your case please talk to your sales staff before confirming the booking. Please note that as soon as tickets are issued one falls under ticket cancellation.

Visas

Appointment Server is down many times during the day so it may be possible that it may take little longer to take your date.
You will have to go for fingerprint at VFS for both the visas. Please make sure that there is no mehndi or anything else on your hand which can interfere with taking biometrics.
If you are applying for 2 Visas you will have to update your bank statements again after 1st application is done.
Even if you have given documents early you are required to update you bank statement 3 days before submission date.
We include only visa fees in our Tour Cost. Any Extra services you take like SMS, Premium Lounge, Courier Charges etc is not covered by Flamingo.
Visa Dates are difficult to get now a days. Many times, when we wait to know passenger’s preference our dates are gone so to give choices for visa date submission is not possible and you may not get a choice.

How Booking Process Will Follow!

Once you fully understand our Tour Product and what to Expect from Product. Please read all Terms and Conditions carefully along with above document and sign Booking Form with all your details.
Once booking is completed, please pay Initial Deposit to confirm your seat on the tour. Once the formalities done you will be handed over 2 Documents Visa Check List & Questionnaire to be filled for Visas.
Once the Initial deposit payment is made your bookings will be processed, and tickets will be issued.
Please make sure to submit all documents as per visa check list and filled questionnaire within 3 days of Booking. You may take up to 7 days if you are booking your tour at least 100 days in advance.
Once all documents are absolutely complete then only, we will only be able to take visa date. Even if single document is pending visas cannot be processed.
For UK Visa: You will be sent your visa form to check. Please check in thoroughly and give a go ahead only then our visa team will take the date for submission of UK visas.
For Schengen Visas: If your visas are being applied from Swiss following amount needs to be paid directly in cash at the VFS

Adult: INR 7800 // Child (4 – 6 Years) INR 4800 // Child (Below 4 yrs) INR 840

This amount is included in your tour cost and will be reduced from Final Payment that you make.

Pre –Departure Presentation: This is the event which we usually organise between 1 month before departure to 1 week before departure. The date and time will be conveyed to you by

10. Final Tour Documents: The same will be handed over to you 7 Days to 3 Days before your departure. (As per company policy we are not allowed to dispatch any tour documents if Payment is not fully done). We will try to adhere to above timeline in all cases. In case of heavy rush or unavoidable circumstances we may have alterations in the same.

All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra. Please pay EUR 3.00 per person per day to Tour Manager on arrival.

Cancellation charge incase of visa rejection:

If Schengen Visas rejected – Rs.7500/- per person + service charge of Rs. 5,000/-
Within 60 Days of Departure:

All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking of your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour. We have provided information to the best of our knowledge and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in brochure.

How to book Customize Tour Package

Upon receiving package confirmation we will start to check as per current availability of proposed hotel or similar & rates / airline rates / internal flight & train rates & send final package cost

It is compulsory for customer to check the hotel reviews on booking.com /
Trip advisor and give final confirmation in Email.
Upon the receipt of a deposit we’ll secure your reservation and process your final booking immediately & will be confirmed post 48 hours of process
However, it is possible that at the time of booking (and especially during the peak season) the hotel or the room category mentioned by us is full. In that case we will give you an alternate hotel or an alternate room (higher category or lower category). Change in costs, if any, will be intimated to you and balance payable by you or to you will be paid by you or refunded to you as the case may be.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter with the proposed flights, hotels, and tours in details. Should any conditions change after the confirmation, we reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options
These package is customizable, which means that changes can be done to the itinerary/activity, if you desire so. Any alterations may result in additional payment & the final payment will be calculated as per the changes made in the itinerary which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.

Validity of Rates, fares & Taxes

All the rates are subject to change without any prior notice
Costing of the current tour is based on current Airfare and Taxes. Any further increase in airfare OR taxes due to increase in the fuel price, change in government Regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers that may be before or after booking of tour.
All rates are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking from Airlines, Hotels, Meals, Sightseeing, Coaches, Train Tickets (if any) etc.

Tour Cost, Taxes & Rate Of Exchange

ROE will be determined on the day when you make the final payment.
All our Tours are priced in Local or Common Currency of the country you are traveling to (which is EURO / Great British Pound / Swiss Francs depending on Tour / Destination you choose to visit). However the full tour cost must be paid before your departure in required currency as per quote.
The initial deposits & initial payments will be considered towards part payment of your tour. As and when you make a payment towards the foreign exchange component, the exchange rate applied will be based on the prevailing forex rate on the day of the transaction.
5% Service Tax is applicable on Total Tour Cost if you are traveling ex. India and Pay through non NRO / NRE account.

Hotels & Apartments

Generally rooms in European hotels are very compact and small in size (Approx 15m2-18m2)
Unlike Asian or other countries most of the hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small and not all hotels have air-conditioners or fan due to climatic conditions.
Most of the Hotels will accommodate up to 3 persons in room and for your comfort also accept minimum of 3 persons in one room.
Most hotels have more Twin rooms. Double rooms are available upon request but not guaranteed. If the Double room is not available a Twin room will be given.
Please note that size of the Double and Triple rooms are usually the same. In Triple room, third bed is typically a roll- away bed or an extra bed.
Please note that standard check in time is 1500 Hrs and Check out is 1100 Hrs in Europe. (It may vary from Hotel to Hotel)
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
Allocation of the Rooms are done only while check-in by the Hotel Front Desk and are not in our limits.
Adjacent rooms/ Rooms on same floor cannot be committed or guaranteed.
Cooking anything in the hotel is strictly prohibited, in case of not following the rules, heavy penalties are levied to the passenger.
Any damage caused by the passengers in the hotel or apartment rooms. For example: Breakage of any assets, oil stains in the rooms, scratches on the glass or wooden flooring. Heavy penalties will be charged by the hotel to be borne by the passengers. Such penalties will be charged on the refundable deposit paid at the properties or asked additionally.
As tap water is drinkable in Europe. Hotels do not provide complimentary drinking water.
Tea Kettles are not provided in all the Hotel Rooms, we suggest to carry your own.
Most of the times Wi-fi is not available in the rooms, can be accessed only in the public areas like - lobby of the Hotel.
No room services/ No bell boy / No porterage at any Hotel / Apartment
On check in, in Apartments & Hotels, Refundable Deposits are blocked at every Hotel / Apartments on forex card or Credit card only. It may take upto 15 Days to 1 Month for the deposit to reflect back into your account.
Incase of Apartment Booking immediate 25% cancellation charge will be applicable in any case & further cancellations will be applicable as per policy and a few apartments are also non-refundable kindly check at the time of Booking
Early Check in & Check out subject to availability & not guarantee basis
Tourist city taxes to be paid locally by passenger at each individual hotel upon check in
SIC Tours (Seat In Coach) & Sightseeing
Seat in coach tours have a city centre pick up. City centre point to be reached on your own, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they reach on time at the designated place of pick up & If you are unable to reach on time then it will be considered as no show & no refund will be given for any unutilized service & customer will have to make their own private arrangement of missed tour at their own cost.
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
SIC tours have fixed route & itinerary & will not deviate from the same
Please note that Eiffel Tower ticket time slots to go up needs to be pre – purchased and the same has very limited availability. If the same is not available we may have to queue up and the queue may last up to 2 to 3 hrs.
Many times due to strong wind or overcrowding on the 3rd level they stop the sale of the tickets and / or do not allow going on the top (3rd floor). In that case there will be no refund on the tickets.
Any monuments entrance does not included in SIC tours unless specified

Notes for Private Tour:

It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
It is compulsory to wear Seatbelts in the vehicle.
Coach Captains are bound by European laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore it is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually.
Our coaches will not have any Wi-Fi facilities on board.
Final itinerary is compiled by keeping European driving laws & regulations in consideration
Guests are required to adhere to the timings as mentioned in the itinerary.
All services are confirmed as per the timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Any delays will result into curtailment or complete cancellation of service.
We shall not be responsible for any alternate or compensative arrangements.
Guests are requested to present themselves minimum 30 minutes before commencement of any service.
Guests are requested to carry their passport at all times & produce when required by the local governing authority.
Any extra service/s consumed beyond confirmed service has to be paid & settled directly.
If Tour Manager not included then Lead passenger has to take responsibility for time/place co-ordination with the drivers, hotels, restaurants, guides, attractions entrances, etc.

Please note EC regulations for Long Distance Coach Drivers:

Driver is not to exceed 12 hrs on duty with the group
The duty time with the group would be reduced as required
Incase the Coach parking location is someplace other than group stay hotel
In one day, a driver is not permitted to drive for more than 9 hrs
In one day, a driver must have 11 consecutive hours of rest
Driver is required to have a min. rest time of 45 minutes for every 4 hours of wheel time
One driver could drive maximum 12 days continuously then 2 days rest is mandatory.
Coach will not remain at disposal as per clients request

Validity of Rates, Airfare &Taxes:

All rates are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking from Airlines, Hotels, Meals, Sightseeing, Coaches, Train Tickets (if any) etc.

Payments and Options for Payments:

Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfers, Demand Drafts and Credit Cards.
If you are paying by Credit Card 2.5% of the amount paid by the card will be charged additionally on and above the tour cost.

Refunds:

There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services.
Due to reasons beyond our control such as strikes, heavy traffic, rain etc. or you did not use services such as Meals, Entrance Fees, Sightseeing Tour, Hotels, Cruises, Optional Tours it is clearly understood that there will be no refund due to any reason whatsoever.
Any refund (if due) process will take minimum 30 days or the time taken as per the supplier policy on whose services needs to be refunded.
Refunds will be given through Cheque or Bank Transfers only in your account.
If refund is due in foreign currency the ROE will be considered on the day when the payment was made.

Visas:

As an International Traveler one is obliged to obtain necessary visas for their required Travel.
As your tour operator we may give guidance to obtain for your visas but granting of the visas are solely at direction of respective consulate / embassy only.
For the guidance we will charge and that amount may include Visa Fees, Costs Incurred in the Process.
Please note that for UK visas person has to go and submit their documents on their own. We can only help and assist with preparation of documents and seeking the appointment for the submission.
The entire visa Fees and Charges are non-refundable and in case of non-availability or denial of the visas. You are liable to pay Visa Charges Stated by us plus any cancellation charges (if falling in cancellation period). (Stated as above in Cancellation Policy).
All visa must be processed at least 75 Days prior to your departure date. We must get all visa documents as per requirement minimum 75 days prior to your departure date to Process visas on time for your successful travel however giving documents on time does not guarantee visas or on time availability of visas.
All the Visa Documents needs to be sent before 70 days (Or stipulated period) and incase of non-compliance of visa documents or late documentation passengers are liable to pay Cancellation Charges.
Passengers confirming tour within 45 Days of travel date may face cancellation or date change of departure due to inadequate time for the visas. Heavy charges may apply on the same. However we will not be held responsible in case of any delay, rejection or non-availability of visas from the Consulate and passengers are liable to pay all the additional charges occur because of the same.
Granting Visas and Granting Visas on time is solely at the discretion of Embassy / Consulate. We act only as a facilitator for obtaining Visas. Consulate may ask you or entire family to appear personally for Interview or Biometrics. Any cost incurred for this must be paid by the passengers only.
For any rejection or non-availability of the visas Passengers are liable to pay Cancellation Policy Stated above and our company under any circumstances will not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations.
If you are unable to travel on the Tour you have booked due to any error on the part of Embassy / Consulate or Incorrect Visas or Delayed Visas you shall have an option to travel on future date tour or change in your Individual Bookings. Amendment and Cancellation charges applicable and are to be borne by the passengers only.
Consulates are not in Ahmedabad. Your travel cost and arrangements for travelling to Delhi/Bombay or any place due to personal calls Or submissions is totally on your account only.

Cancellation And / Or Amendments By Traveler:

All cancellations / amendments must be received in Writing to us either by email or Fax and has to be followed by a phone call by a concerned traveler. Once received we shall action the same in 24 to 48 Hours.
Any Amendments you make after booking the tour will be treated as new booking and will be Strictly Subject to availability and rates available at the time of changes requested. If the same is made within cancelation period, cancellation charges will apply. Also it is must to put this requests in writing and get confirmation is writing from our side. For any amendment the company reserves right to charge EUR 100 per transaction on and above any additional cost / amendment charges / applicable cancellation.
If you wish to deviate your tour from the group on return to India the same is permitted. You will have to pay EUR 100per deviation plus difference of Airfare as per availability of the date you wish to travel on. Pre - Tour deviations are not possible on Group Airfare. If you wish to go earlier than Group Departure Date than you are required to pay the difference of Individual Airfare and Group Fare.
Any request to Change the tour date will be treated as cancellation on the last tour and fresh booking on the new tour. Cancellation charges will apply as stated above on the tour you are cancelling. New Tour may have different pricing even though may have a same itinerary and passengers are liable to pay the new tour charges.
Please note that our company will be not be liable to pay any Cancellation Charges / Compensation / Expenditure if you are unable to join the tour due to any illness, court orders , non-availability of travel documents or visas, the same has to be borne by passengers only.

Upon the receipt of a deposit we’ll secure your reservation and process your final booking immediately & will be confirmed post 48 hours of process
However, it is possible that at the time of booking (and especially during the peak season) the hotel or the room category mentioned by us is full. In that case we will give you an alternate hotel or an alternate room (higher category or lower category). Change in costs, if any, will be intimated to you and balance payable by you or to you will be paid by you or refunded to you as the case may be.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter with the proposed flights, hotels, and tours in details. Should any conditions change after the confirmation, we reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options
These package is customizable, which means that changes can be done to the itinerary/activity, if you desire so. Any alterations may result in additional payment & the final payment will be calculated as per the changes made in the itinerary which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.

Passport Copies of First and Last Page of All Passengers (All Passport Must be valid minimum 6 months valid from the date of your return and it’s solely passengers responsibility to check before submission. Any booking which has been action on non-valid passport passengers are liable to pay any charges incurred due to the same)
Deposit Amount: EUR 750.00 per person to secure your seat in the Tour and if booking is within 60 Days of Travel then deposit require as per the payment required on that particular date as per payment policy mentioned below.
Final Vouchers can only be issued once full payment received
No amendment requests will be accepted 10 days before the departure

Validity of Rates, fares & Taxes

All the rates are subject to change without any prior notice
Costing of the current tour is based on current Airfare and Taxes. Any further increase in airfare OR taxes due to increase in the fuel price, change in government Regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers that may be before or after booking of tour.
All rates are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking from Airlines, Hotels, Meals, Sightseeing, Coaches, Train Tickets (if any) etc.

Tour Cost, Taxes & Rate Of Exchange

ROE will be determined on the day when you make the final payment.
All our Tours are priced in Local or Common Currency of the country you are traveling to (which is EURO / Great British Pound / Swiss Francs depending on Tour / Destination you choose to visit). However the full tour cost must be paid before your departure in required currency as per quote.
The initial deposits & initial payments will be considered towards part payment of your tour. As and when you make a payment towards the foreign exchange component, the exchange rate applied will be based on the prevailing forex rate on the day of the transaction.
5% Service Tax is applicable on Total Tour Cost if you are traveling ex. India and Pay through non NRO / NRE account.

Hotels & Apartments

Generally rooms in European hotels are very compact and small in size (Approx 15m2-18m2)
Unlike Asian or other countries most of the hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small and not all hotels have air-conditioners or fan due to climatic conditions.
Most of the Hotels will accommodate up to 3 persons in room and for your comfort also accept minimum of 3 persons in one room.
Most hotels have more Twin rooms. Double rooms are available upon request but not guaranteed. If the Double room is not available a Twin room will be given.
Please note that size of the Double and Triple rooms are usually the same. In Triple room, third bed is typically a roll- away bed or an extra bed.
Please note that standard check in time is 1500 Hrs and Check out is 1100 Hrs in Europe. (It may vary from Hotel to Hotel)
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
Allocation of the Rooms are done only while check-in by the Hotel Front Desk and are not in our limits.
Adjacent rooms/ Rooms on same floor cannot be committed or guaranteed.
Cooking anything in the hotel is strictly prohibited, in case of not following the rules, heavy penalties are levied to the passenger.
Any damage caused by the passengers in the hotel or apartment rooms. For example: Breakage of any assets, oil stains in the rooms, scratches on the glass or wooden flooring. Heavy penalties will be charged by the hotel to be borne by the passengers. Such penalties will be charged on the refundable deposit paid at the properties or asked additionally.
As tap water is drinkable in Europe. Hotels do not provide complimentary drinking water.
Tea Kettles are not provided in all the Hotel Rooms, we suggest to carry your own.
Most of the times Wi-fi is not available in the rooms, can be accessed only in the public areas like - lobby of the Hotel.
No room services/ No bell boy / No porterage at any Hotel / Apartment
On check in, in Apartments & Hotels, Refundable Deposits are blocked at every Hotel / Apartments on forex card or Credit card only. It may take upto 15 Days to 1 Month for the deposit to reflect back into your account.
Incase of Apartment Booking immediate 25% cancellation charge will be applicable in any case & further cancellations will be applicable as per policy and a few apartments are also non-refundable kindly check at the time of Booking
Early Check in & Check out subject to availability & not guarantee basis
Tourist city taxes to be paid locally by passenger at each individual hotel upon check in
SIC Tours (Seat In Coach) & Sightseeing
Seat in coach tours have a city centre pick up. City centre point to be reached on your own, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they reach on time at the designated place of pick up & If you are unable to reach on time then it will be considered as no show & no refund will be given for any unutilized service & customer will have to make their own private arrangement of missed tour at their own cost.
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
SIC tours have fixed route & itinerary & will not deviate from the same
Please note that Eiffel Tower ticket time slots to go up needs to be pre – purchased and the same has very limited availability. If the same is not available we may have to queue up and the queue may last up to 2 to 3 hrs.
Many times due to strong wind or overcrowding on the 3rd level they stop the sale of the tickets and / or do not allow going on the top (3rd floor). In that case there will be no refund on the tickets.
Any monuments entrance does not included in SIC tours unless specified

Notes for Private Tour:

It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
It is compulsory to wear Seatbelts in the vehicle.
Coach Captains are bound by European laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore it is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually.
Our coaches will not have any Wi-Fi facilities on board.
Final itinerary is compiled by keeping European driving laws & regulations in consideration
Guests are required to adhere to the timings as mentioned in the itinerary.
All services are confirmed as per the timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Any delays will result into curtailment or complete cancellation of service.
We shall not be responsible for any alternate or compensative arrangements.
Guests are requested to present themselves minimum 30 minutes before commencement of any service.
Guests are requested to carry their passport at all times & produce when required by the local governing authority.
Any extra service/s consumed beyond confirmed service has to be paid & settled directly.
If Tour Manager not included then Lead passenger has to take responsibility for time/place co-ordination with the drivers, hotels, restaurants, guides, attractions entrances, etc.

Please note EC regulations for Long Distance Coach Drivers:

Driver is not to exceed 12 hrs on duty with the group
The duty time with the group would be reduced as required
Incase the Coach parking location is someplace other than group stay hotel
In one day, a driver is not permitted to drive for more than 9 hrs
In one day, a driver must have 11 consecutive hours of rest
Driver is required to have a min. rest time of 45 minutes for every 4 hours of wheel time
One driver could drive maximum 12 days continuously then 2 days rest is mandatory.
Coach will not remain at disposal as per clients request

Validity of Rates, Airfare &Taxes:

Payments and Options for Payments:

Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfers, Demand Drafts and Credit Cards.
If you are paying by Credit Card 2.5% of the amount paid by the card will be charged additionally on and above the tour cost.

Refunds:

There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services.
Due to reasons beyond our control such as strikes, heavy traffic, rain etc. or you did not use services such as Meals, Entrance Fees, Sightseeing Tour, Hotels, Cruises, Optional Tours it is clearly understood that there will be no refund due to any reason whatsoever.
Any refund (if due) process will take minimum 30 days or the time taken as per the supplier policy on whose services needs to be refunded.
Refunds will be given through Cheque or Bank Transfers only in your account.
If refund is due in foreign currency the ROE will be considered on the day when the payment was made.

Visas:

As an International Traveler one is obliged to obtain necessary visas for their required Travel.
As your tour operator we may give guidance to obtain for your visas but granting of the visas are solely at direction of respective consulate / embassy only.
For the guidance we will charge and that amount may include Visa Fees, Costs Incurred in the Process.
Please note that for UK visas person has to go and submit their documents on their own. We can only help and assist with preparation of documents and seeking the appointment for the submission.
The entire visa Fees and Charges are non-refundable and in case of non-availability or denial of the visas. You are liable to pay Visa Charges Stated by us plus any cancellation charges (if falling in cancellation period). (Stated as above in Cancellation Policy).
All visa must be processed at least 75 Days prior to your departure date. We must get all visa documents as per requirement minimum 75 days prior to your departure date to Process visas on time for your successful travel however giving documents on time does not guarantee visas or on time availability of visas.
All the Visa Documents needs to be sent before 70 days (Or stipulated period) and incase of non-compliance of visa documents or late documentation passengers are liable to pay Cancellation Charges.
Passengers confirming tour within 45 Days of travel date may face cancellation or date change of departure due to inadequate time for the visas. Heavy charges may apply on the same. However we will not be held responsible in case of any delay, rejection or non-availability of visas from the Consulate and passengers are liable to pay all the additional charges occur because of the same.
Granting Visas and Granting Visas on time is solely at the discretion of Embassy / Consulate. We act only as a facilitator for obtaining Visas. Consulate may ask you or entire family to appear personally for Interview or Biometrics. Any cost incurred for this must be paid by the passengers only.
For any rejection or non-availability of the visas Passengers are liable to pay Cancellation Policy Stated above and our company under any circumstances will not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations.
If you are unable to travel on the Tour you have booked due to any error on the part of Embassy / Consulate or Incorrect Visas or Delayed Visas you shall have an option to travel on future date tour or change in your Individual Bookings. Amendment and Cancellation charges applicable and are to be borne by the passengers only.
Consulates are not in Ahmedabad. Your travel cost and arrangements for travelling to Delhi/Bombay or any place due to personal calls Or submissions is totally on your account only.

CANCELLATION CHARGE INCASE OF VISA REJECTION (Before 60 Days of Departure):

If UK & Schengen Visas rejected EUR 400.00 /- Per Person + Ticket, Hotel & any other services booked which attracts cancellation (this other than tour cancellation if any pre – post stay, domestic tickets, Internal tickets, Train tickets, sightseeing etc.) Cancellation as Actual If issued
Within 60 Days of Departure: Cancellation will be charged as normal Tour Cancellation Policy as mentioned above + Ticket, Hotel & any other services booked which attracts cancellation (this other than tour cancellation if any pre – post stay, domestic tickets, Internal tickets, Train tickets, sightseeing etc.. ) Cancellation as Actual If issued

Cancellation And / Or Amendments By Traveler:

All cancellations / amendments must be received in Writing to us either by email or Fax and has to be followed by a phone call by a concerned traveler. Once received we shall action the same in 24 to 48 Hours.
Any Amendments you make after booking the tour will be treated as new booking and will be Strictly Subject to availability and rates available at the time of changes requested. If the same is made within cancelation period, cancellation charges will apply. Also it is must to put this requests in writing and get confirmation is writing from our side. For any amendment the company reserves right to charge EUR 100 per transaction on and above any additional cost / amendment charges / applicable cancellation.
If you wish to deviate your tour from the group on return to India the same is permitted. You will have to pay EUR 100per deviation plus difference of Airfare as per availability of the date you wish to travel on. Pre - Tour deviations are not possible on Group Airfare. If you wish to go earlier than Group Departure Date than you are required to pay the difference of Individual Airfare and Group Fare.
Any request to Change the tour date will be treated as cancellation on the last tour and fresh booking on the new tour. Cancellation charges will apply as stated above on the tour you are cancelling. New Tour may have different pricing even though may have a same itinerary and passengers are liable to pay the new tour charges.
Please note that our company will be not be liable to pay any Cancellation Charges / Compensation / Expenditure if you are unable to join the tour due to any illness, court orders , non-availability of travel documents or visas, the same has to be borne by passengers only.
