Payment Policy
- 50% of the Total payment to be made at the time of Booking
- 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
- Payment will be collected in the INR as per ROE on the date respective dates.

Cancellation Policy
- 35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.7500/-
- 15 Days to 15 Days of Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
- Within 7 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost Chargeable
- Cancellation in Airline will be as per Airline norms and conditions.
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
- Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any
- Confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference In cost shall be borne by the passenger
- Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government Regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any upgradation in room categories.
- Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
- We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
- If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
- If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.

- 2 recent photograph Each ( 35*45 mm size, white background, Glossy finish & 80% face image, without specs & not used in previous visa) JPG format (Image require)
- Passengers can provide all the documents by email (proper scan copy in PDF) Recent passport copy
- Travel Documents : Confirm Hotel bookings & Return Ticket confirmation
