Highlights Of Kenya With Samburu

Arrive in Nairobi, transfer to Mount Kenya and arrive in time for lunch. Overnight at Mt Kenya.

After breakfast, drive to Samburu National Reserve, arriving on time for Lunch. Samburu Reserve is a unique wildlife conservation haven famous for an abundance of rare species of animals such as the Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk and the Beisa Oryx. The reserve is also home to a population of close to 900 Elephants. Proceed for an evening game drive, and overnight at Samburu. 

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the park. Samburu as a wildlife eco system now also comprises a number of conservancies and group ranches bordering the main reserve such as the Kalama Conservancy, West Gate Community Conservancy and Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy. Samburu Reserve is considered among the best wildlife reserves not just in Kenya but also in Africa. 

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha. Located in Nakuru County, Lake Naivasha is a large freshwater lake which sits just outside the town of Naivasha. Situated at an elevation of 1,884m, Lake Naivasha is the highest lake within the Great Rift Valley. 

After Breakfast, Enjoy a full day game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park with packed lunch boxes. Lake Nakuru National Park regarded by avid birders' as the greatest World ornithological spectacle on the Earth. The Park is famous for its pink flamingoes lining on the lake shore. A spectacular afternoon game run is planned. The park is a Sanctuary to the Black Rhino, White Rhino and the Rothschild Giraffe. Back to the Hotel. Dinner in the Hotel & Overnight in Lake Naivasha Hotel. 

After breakfast depart to Masai Mara, drive via Narok (the major Masai Administrative center) to one of the stellar events of our safari- The Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya's most precious wildlife sanctuary. This is big game country and long famed as one of Africa's greatest concentrations of game. Plains games are found here in staggering numbers, which in turn supports a tremendous predator population. Transfer to Hotel, proceed for evening game drive. Overnight at Masai Mara.

Traveling across the savannah, you’ll rendezvous with the Mara residents- herds of Buffalo wildebeest, hartebeest, impala, and gazelle.
