Day wise travel itinerary
- Day 1 :Keflavik
Arrive Keflavik, Take your self drive vehicle and Later transfer to hotel. Overnight in Keflavik
- Day 2 :Keflavik - Vik
Breakfast at hotel and check out from the hotel. Depart to Keflavik Airport to Pick your vehicle.By route depart for Seljelandsfoss. Seljalandsfoss is one of the best known waterfalls in Iceland. It is 65 meters high and it is breathtakingly beautiful. Here you get a chance to walk behind the falls. Later drive to Skogafoss. Skogafoss is Located at the town of Skogar is a 60 meter tall falls.The breath-taking view of Skogáfoss waterfall and scenic surroundings and the snow-capped heights of two towering glaciers are Skógar's major attraction. If you are lucky with a clear day may get to see rainbows on clear day at the falls. Drive to Dyrholaey. On top in the higher area of Dyrhólaey you will have a breathtaking view to all directions. To the north you see Mýrdalsjökull glacier, to the east you will see the beautiful black lava seastacks Reynisdrangar and to the west you can view the endless black coastline and then in front of the peninsula there is a huge black arch of lava reaching out into the sea which the peninsula take its name from. Dyrhólaey literally means "the hill island with the door hole". Check in to Hotel in Vik and Overnight in Vik.

Today morning after breakfast get ready for a beautiful walk to Solheimasandur Plane Wreck. It’s one of Iceland’s most photographed locations. On Saturday Nov 24, 1973, a United States Navy Douglas Super DC-3 airplane was forced to land on Sólheimasandur’s black sand beach in the south of Iceland after experiencing some severe icing. Luckily all crew members survived the crash, but the airplane’s fuselage was abandoned. Now it’s become a photography dream location. Overnight in Vik.

- Day 4 :Vik - Eglistadir
Today morning after breakfast, check out and start towards further side of South Iceland on the way you could visit Skaftafell National park which has several Glacier Hikes possibility. Skaftafell is a wilderness area in Iceland's Vatnajökull National Park. Its huge glaciers include Skaftafellsjökull and Svínafellsjökull. Trails lead to Kristínartindar Mountain and to the Svartifoss waterfall, which tumbles over black basalt columns. Next stop is on the most beautiful location called Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon where you enjoy the Amphibian boat tour. Later continue the drive towards Eglistadir where you will stay. Check into the Hotel and overnight in Eglistadir.

- Day 5 :Eglistadir - Akyureri
Today morning after breakfast check out and depart for Akyureri by private vehicle. On the way cover Dettifoss. Dettifoss is a waterfall in Vatnajökull National Park in Northeast Iceland, and is reputed to be the most powerful waterfall in Europe. The water comes from the nearby Vatnajökull glacier. Later drive to Lake Myvatn area. Mývatn is a volcanic lake in northern Iceland. On the northeastern shore, Reykjahlíð village has an information center and is a base for exploring the area. East of here, Mývatn Nature Baths have a naturally heated man-made lagoon, with mineral-rich waters known for their health-giving properties. A short distance away, near Námafjall Mountain, is Hverir, a hot-springs area with boiling mud pots and fumaroles. After finishing you activities at Lake Myvatn drive to Akyureri. Check into the Hotel and overnight in Akureyri.

Today morning after breakfast enjoy Whale Watching in Akureyri. Departuring from Akureyri this roughly 3 hour tour offers a full whale watching and wildlife. Brimming with wildlife the fjord offers breathtaking mountain scenery, lush green valleys and a unique coastal landscape peppered with iconic small farms and villages. Several whale species can be spotted on the tour e.g. Humpback Whale, Minke Whale, White Beaked Dolphins & Harbour Porpoise. Later depart to visit points of city tour of Akureyri – Akureyrarkirkja, Akureyri Botanical Gardens, Laxdal House, Siglingaklubburinn Nokkvi. Overnight in Akureyri.

- Day 7 :Akureyri - Snæfellsnes
Today morning after breakfast, check out and proceed towards Snaefellsnes Peninsula (Movie – Journey to the centre of the earth) It has been named Iceland in Miniature, because many national sights can be found in the area, including the Snæfellsjökull volcano, regarded as one of the symbols of Iceland. With its height of 1446 m, it is the highest mountain on the peninsula and has a glacier at its peak. The volcano can be seen on clear days from Reykjavík, a distance of about 120 km. The mountain is also known as the setting of the novel Journey to the Center of the Earth by the French author Jules Verne. One of the highest photographed region in Iceland due to its mirror lake reflecting the mountain and also waterfall in the region. Later drive to your hotel in Snaefellsnes Area. Check into Hotel and overnight in Snaefellsnes Area.

- Day 8 :Snæfellsnes - Reykholt
Today morning after breakfast, check out and proceed towards Vidglimir Lava Cave. Vidglimir Víðgelmir is a lava tube situated in the Hallmundarhraun lava field in west Iceland, around 2 km southeast of Fljótstunga farm in Hvítársíða, Borgarfjörður. The roof of the lava tube has collapsed, creating two large openings near its north end which are the only known entrances. After Lava cave, you directly drive to Husafell to Start your Exciting Journey Into the Glacier tour. Later drive to Reykholt. Check into Hotel and Overnight in Reykholt.

Today morning after breakfast depart for Golden Circle tour. Depart and venture into Iceland’s starkly beautiful interior of rugged peaks, pastures and volcanic plains. Take in panoramic views of the plant that harnesses the area’s natural propensity for generating power, and hear how it produces renewable energy for more than half of Reykjavik's population. Continue from here along the famous Golden Circle, the sightseeing route that showcases three of Iceland’s most spectacular natural wonders. Stop by at Thingvellir National Park, a region of untouched beauty steeped in ancient history. Learn how it’s home to the original, outdoor site of Iceland’s first parliamentary assembly, the Althingi, that began in 930, and see the extraordinary Thingvellir rift, where the tectonic plates of America and Eurasia face each other over a narrow valley. Snap photos as your guide explains how the plates are gradually pulling apart, and then continue to the Gullfoss waterfall. Marvel at the double-tiered falls and, with luck, catch sight of one of the famous rainbows that forms in the mists. Next, visit the incredible geothermal region of Geysir, known for its hot springs and geysers. Take in the bubbling pools and steam vents, and see Strokkur, a waterspout that shoots to around 98 feet in the air. Drive to Reykjavik. Drop your vehicle at the office and return back to your hotel. Check into hotel and overnight in Reykjavik.

Today morning after breakfast, OPT to visit Sun Voyager - Sun Voyager is a sculpture by Jón Gunnar Árnason, Harpa Concert House from inside – Concert Hall, Northern Lights Aurora Museum - The Northern Lights exhibition in Reykjavik is your first stop when you want to experience the Aurora Borealis in Iceland, Hallgrimskirkja – take the lift and visit to top (Entrance to be paid) - it is the largest church in Iceland, Parliament house in the old town (No stop zone for car), Walk in the old town for local feel, Perlan water tank (Outside city) - is a landmark building in Reykjavík where water is stored for the public. Overnight in Reykjavik.

Today morning check out from the hotel and depart for Keflavik Airport to board a flight for London. From London take a flight back to India with wonderful memories.
