Welcome to Hong Kong. Your will Arrive at Hong Kong International Airport, Clear the immigration & Depart to Hotel. Check-in of hotel is generally 15:00 Hours. Later Depart for Hong Kong City tour. In Hong Kong City tour You will Visit Factory Outlet and Jewelry Factory. Visit Victoria Peak after that Visit Museum Madame Tussauds & Sky Terrace 428. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 :Hong Kong
After Breakfast, a day is free for leisure or Optional Disney Land Tour on your own with additional charges . Overnight at Hong Kong hotel.

Victoria Peak is a hill on the western halfof Hong Kong Island. It is also known as Mount Austin, and locally as The Peak.With an elevation of 552 m, and ranked 31 in terms of elevation in the HongKong Special Administrative Region.

The Peak is the highest mountain on Hongkong Island and a natural signalingpost for incoming cargo ships in the nineteenth century. Victoria pick has 2levels : Top level and Mid level

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

700 USD per person with receipt is compulsory to carry at the time of entry in Hong Kong

If china group visa suspend on immediate basis then china normal single entry visa cost Rs. 7000/- per person and express single entry visa cost Rs 10500/- per person additional will be applicable
PAR (Pre Arrival Registration): Grant of Pre Arrival Registration Form Either Success Or Unsuccessful Depends On Hong Kong Immigration Rules And Is Not Flamingo’s Responsibility

Ferry Baggage Rule:

1 check in baggage of max. 20 kg will be allowed to check in at Macau Ferry Pier
Only 1 main Bag and 1 hand bag allow per person in Ferry.
Baggage should be in 760mm X 560 mm X 280mm & Hand Bag Should be in 600 mm X 200 mm X 350 mm. If baggage size more than above mentioned, then additional charges apply.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Passports should be 6 months valid (from the return travel date)
Hand written passports are strictly not allowed.
NOC is compulsory for any children travelling without their parents and below 25 year.

Room Size in HKG will be smaller in size and standard category
Hotel check-in time after 15:00, check-out time before 11:00
Hotel requires an amount of security deposit for incidental charges

Cruise Cabins if taken any, then rooms are smaller in size. Supplement cost available for higher categories
Breakfast will be American. No Indian items will be available in the breakfast.
Flamingo is not responsible for any baggage lost at the Airport.
Passenger is responsible for their own valuables, baggage and documents
Porterage charge is not included. The passengers have to carry their own luggage at ferry Terminals, Immigrations and to the Rooms
Once booking had been Reconfirmed / Guaranteed, all service will be arranged and prepaid.
Any cancellation or No-show will charged in full amount of whole package.
No refund for un-used rooms (early check-out/no show), tours, admission ticket, meals and transfer service.
Waiting time for pick-up service:
Airport transfer will only wait till one and half our after the given arrival flight time.
Cruise / Pier transfer will only wait till one hour after the given arrival pier time
Tours will only wait till 10min. after the given pick-up time
All transfer & tour service will be suspended during TYPHOON / FOG & BAD weather
Any booking request China Group visa, minimum for 2 person to apply and all passengers must be IN/OUT China Boarder together.
Group visa are subject to approval by China Authority (No Guarantee).
Passenger departure from Macau and China, the departure flight time must be after 14:00hrs, if not the departure transfer or ferry ticket to Hong Kong Airport will be on guest's own arrangement / own expenses.
