General:

• Kindly note that the above rates are only a quote, No rooms are booked or blocked and will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.
• Hotel confirmation will give after the 72 hours of booking. If confirmation received on weekend them it will take more time.
• At the time of Confirmation if Hotel rates will change then will update will revise cost.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to another hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. 
• Above rate is not applicable for any surcharge date. For trade fair and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
• If any refund it will be processed only by Cheque.
• Tap water is not drinkable.
• During the Sightseeing Alcohol Consumption Strictly Prohibited.
• Per person 1 check in bag (medium size) – 20 KG and 1 hand bag allow as per the car and coach policy. If you have extra luggage then please update at the time of booking.
• NRI Pax need to inform about their luggage at the time of booking.
• No refund for un-used tours, rooms, meals, and transfer service.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.
• The travel time mentioned in the itinerary is general time that the travel takes. It may change according to traffic on roads, weather conditions or any other emergency situation. 
• Trip to Kazbegi may be postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions, as the area is in high mountains and the situation on the road depends on weather conditions.
• Schedule may change on arrival and departure days according to arrival and departure time. 

Accommodation:

• In 3* hotel check in time 1400 Hrs. & check out time 1100 hrs.
• In 4* & 5* check in time 1500 Hrs. & check out time 1100 hrs. 
• Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
• In hotels 90% rooms on twin sharing basis (Twin Beds).
• All rooms may not be available on the same floor, it strictly depends on hotel room availability.
• Hotel will give only 1 bottle on arrival day so you have to purchase water bottle on your own. 
• Wi-Fi is chargeable in hotels or hotel apartments.
• Mini Bar is Chargeable in hotels or hotel apartments.
• If package includes breakfast then then Breakfast as per hotel policy and no Indian items

Transfers:

• Tour itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pick up point at least 10 mins. Before your given pick up time. 
• Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed during your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
• In PVT transfers timing for sightseeing will be given by our local agent.
• In PVT transfers are point to point basis transfers. Car will leave after drop, if you want car to stay with you, you have to book as per car at disposable rates which is additional.
• If you will take disposal car then it will be for 08 to 09 hours only
• If you will take driver cum guide then it will be for coordination only he or she is not like knowledgeable guide.

Visa & OTB:

• Original Passport scan copy with all visa stamps and stickers with old passports
• Color Photo - Specification 35 mm X 45 mm, 70 to 80% face cover with both the ears visible, no border, taken within 06 months, white back ground, only Studio photos accepted, scanned photos not acceptable.

Evidence of Sufficient Funds: 

• Original 6 months Personal Bank Statement downloaded pdf with sufficient balance per person 2 lac (digital bank statement required) 
• 3 years Personal Income Tax Returns  

Visiting as a Tourist: 

• Hotel bookings 
• Ticket Booking 
• Tour Itinerary with confirmation letter

Overseas medical policy: minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date

Following Identity Proof:- 

• PAN card 
• AADHAR Card
• Applicant Mobile number & email id.
• Applicant’s Aadhar card copy - Kindly note that we required the OTP which will be generated in Aadhar card link mobile number.
• Processing Time: Normal Process Time: 05-8 working days

Airlines:

• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Our company will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• If any changes come in airfare or any surcharge will be applicable on total tour cost.
• Airline like Spice Jet, Indigo, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board. 
• We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnection of your onward flights. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, our company is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
