Internal Flights Economy Class One way Oslo – Tromso
Internal Flights Economy Class One way Rovaniemi – Helsinki
Medical Insurance (Up to the Age of 70 years and for the duration of the Tour only. Additional Charges will apply for passengers above the age of 70 years, with medical history and who is traveling for longer than of duration of the tour)
5% Government Service Tax (Any increase in GST will increase the Tour Cost before or after the booking is made for the tour. The difference has to be borne by the passengers before or after booking is made for the Tour.)

Exclusions

Any Airfare and Airport Taxes to join the Group Tour.
5% TCS is applicable on Total Tour Cost
Tips are compulsory in Europe which is 6.00 Euros per person per day so therefore total Euro 72.00 per person is additional to be paid upon arrival in Europe to your Tour manager.
Cost of Sightseeing (Except Above)
Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Tips, And Phone calls, Mini-Bar etc.
Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
Any surcharge applicable during your travel dates.
No Porterage Included. You have to carry your luggage on your own to your room.

2nd Payment: 60 days prior to departure: 50% Of the Tour Cost
3rd Payment: 35 days prior to departure: 75% Of the Tour Cost
Remaining Full Payment: 25 days prior to departure 100% Of the Tour Cost

Cancellation Policy

60 Days or more prior to Departure - 30% of the Tour Cost
59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.
