Payment Policy
Initial deposit - Rs. 25,000/- to confirm you are booking with us.
Second installment will be 50%
100% payment to be made at least 25 days before departure.
35 Days prior to Departure or at the time of Booking Confirmation whichever come first 25% of Total tour cost.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of Total tour cost.
14 Days to 1 Day prior to Departure 100% of Total tour cost.
Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
Cancellation in Airline tickets will be as per Airline terms and condition.
In case of non-refundable hotel and Hotel deadline cancellation amount will be charged accordingly.
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Check in starts approx. 4 hours prior to the sailing time and closes approx. 2 hours before the sailing time. Online Cruise Web Check-In is must.
Your cabin key is also a currency card for the cruise, all the onboard purchases/gratuities will be added in the same and the final amount would have to be settled at the time of check out
