Arrive at Bali. Meet and greet by our local representative and transfer to Hotel. 1400hrs check into the hotel. Overnight at Ubud BALI.

Breakfast at Hotel. Full Day White water rafting on Ayung river with Indonesian lunch . Enjoy Ubud Area which shows Rice Paddles, Monkey Forest, Coffee Plantation, Wood Caving,.Overnight at Ubud BALI

Breakfast at the hotel. Today the day is free for leisure. There are plenty of options to keep you active, try paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, learning to free dive, yoga, jewellery making, cookery classes, hire a bike to cycle around the island, explore the night markets, listen to live bands, watch a film at the cinema in the evening, trekking, cooking class and don’t miss to enjoy a cocktail while taking in the bright blue sky and deep blue sea, it’s all in a day’s work. Overnight at GILI ISLANDS.

Day 5 :Bali - Kuta
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel & transfer to ferry terminal for your ferry back to Kuta.
Arrive Seminyak. Pick up from the ferry terminal & transfer to the hotel. Check into the hotel. In the evening, you are taken for a sunset tour to Tanah Lot Temple. Tanah Lot temple is built on the rock and is very famous for its spectacular view of the sunset. Overnight at Kuta.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Pick up form the Hotel for Benoa Tour where you enjoy water sports activities like Parasailing, Jet Ski, Banana Boat ride, Snorkeling, Glass Bottom Boat, and Turtle Island. Bali Tanjung Benoa beach, or sometimes named Benoa harbour or Benoa cape is one of famous tourist beach on the Bali Island. This Bali beach is located on the southeastern tip of the Bali Island and adjacent to Nusa Dua area. Overnight at Kuta.

35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs. 8000/- per person.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.

TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

Transfers:
If it is mentioned that your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis (SIC) than seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical)
If you can’t reach on time then it will be consider as no show & no refund. In SIC & Private Transfer basis driver will wait only for 10 min.

Drivers in Southeast, are English language speaking only, they are not knowledgeable enough for any kind of guidance.
Vehicle is booked as per itinerary only. Incase of extra kms or reroute of itinerary, shall be charged additionally.
Airport pick up & Drop & cruise transfers are always after 2 hours of arrival time.
There are 2 types of Private Transfers:
Point to point --- if you book then driver will come to hotel and pick you up and after your sightseeing he will drop back to hotel. Incase in between if you want to drop for some sight seeings which is enroutedthan it is not possible, it will be on additional cost.
Car @ disposal – than driver will come to pick on specific time and for 8 hours as per the time you call him.
Meals:
Meals are booked on time slots, once meals confirmed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
All meals are booked as per standard restaurant policy which generally include as per below
Singapore/ Thailand: Depends on Restaurant. Some offer buffet & some provide Fix Thali. In Thali incase if you order extra need to pay directly.
If Dinners are booked you will be given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.
Hotels:
Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
Also, Double Rooms could be one double bed or Twin- that is two single beds.
International Hotel Standard Check in time 1400 hrs, Marina Bay Sands Check in time 1500hrs. Check out Time 1200hrs. Early check in cannot be committed.
Generally rooms in Singapore hotels are very compact and small in size( Approx. 15m2-25m2).
In Bali Villa, if we take 1 bedroom / 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom pool villa than they are far from each other and even far from reception as well as breakfast area.
Many villa in Bali are not having Microwave.
Extra bed in Triple room will be either provided as a rollaway bed or folding bed. Cruise 3rd person & 4th person it will be sofa come bed.
Allocation of the Rooms are done only while check-in by the Hotel Front Desk and are not in our limits.
Adjacent rooms/ Rooms on same floor cannot be committed or guaranteed.
Cooking anything in the hotel is strictly prohibited, in case of not following the rules, heavy penalties are levied to the passenger.
Any damage caused by the passengers in the hotel or villas.
For example: Breakage of any assets, oil stains in the rooms, scratches on the glass or wooden flooring, damage for bedsheet. Heavy penalties will be charged by the hotel to be borne by the passengers. Such penalties will be charged on the refundable deposit paid at the properties or asked additionally.
Security deposit is to be paid upon check in as per hotel policy.
Most of the times Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, can be accessed only in the public areas like - lobby of the Hotel.
No bell boy / No porterage at any Hotel.
Tap water is drinkable in Singapore & Malaysia.
Tap water is not drinkable in Bali & Thailand
Hotels in Bali & Thailand provide maximum 2 bottles per day per room.

Sports events/ World Cup Victory Marches,
Grand events, Any royal events, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
