Get interactive at Antarctic Journey and enjoy hands-on fun, augmented reality and a feel real virtual wildlife close up.     For a more spectacular coastal scenery, travel along the Nepean Highway to enjoy the Mediterranean jewl-like bays, rugged surf beaches and lush bushland. Enjoy birds-eye views on an Arthurs Seat gondola as it brings you up to the highest point on the Mornington Peninsula. Take to the fields and pick your own strawberries at Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm (Nov-Apr) or just indulge in choc-dipped strawberries and ice cream. End your day with a hot soak at the Peninsula Hot Springs which is an award-winning natural hot springs and day spa destination on the Mornington Peninsula.     After Breakfast, take the passenger car ferry from Sorrento in Mornington Peninsula to Queenscliff and return to Melbourne via Geelong and Werribee. Come face to face with a magnificent array of grassland animals on a safari bus at the Werribee Open Range Zoo. Overnight: Melbourne.

MCG Tour

A popular and iconic spot in context with the same is the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Trendily known as "The G", this venue is basically is a stadium for all Australian sports. The Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is Australia's largest, oldest and most popular sporting venue. The MCG has hosted plenty of international cricket, including the first-ever Test and the 1992 World Cup final, countless VFL/AFL Grand Finals, the 1956 Olympic Games and 2006 Commonwealth Games. It also hosted the final of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. Other sporting spectacles include FIFA World Cup soccer qualifiers, rugby league home and away matches and State of Origin and international rugby union clashes. Apart from its sporting events, the MCG has also witnessed many blockbuster music concerts, and even Pope John Paul II held a mass there when he visited Melbourne in 1986. The MCG has a total capacity of 100,024 people, comprising 95,024 seats and 5000 standing room spaces. The stadium also houses the National Sports Museum, which includes some of the most priceless pieces of memorabilia in Australian sporting history.

Establishment
Phillip Island Nature Parks was created by the State Government of Victoria in 1996 and comprises over 1,805 hectares of Crown Land set aside under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 “for the conservation of areas of natural interest or beauty or of scientific, historic or archaeological interest.” 

Nature and range of service
We're part of the UNESCO Western Port Biosphere Reserve and encompass wildlife sanctuaries, wetlands, woodlands and breathtaking coastlines which are protected and managed by our world-renowned environmental and research programs.

Habitat within Phillip Island Nature Parks supports significant populations of little penguins, hooded plovers, short-tailed shearwaters and other international migratory bird species, and mammals such as koalas, possums, wallabies, Australian fur seals and bats.

The Nature Parks protects a range of plant communities that includes over 330 native species. Sections of the Nature Parks also fall within or are adjacent to wetlands protected under the inter-governmental Ramsar Convention as wetlands of international importance. 

We're dedicated to quality ecotourism experiences and wildlife management and feature the highest number of Advanced Ecotourism accredited types of tours of any tourism operator in Victoria.
