• SIC tours stand for Seat-in-Coach Basis Tours, which means you will share a coach or van with other visitors and will be accompanied by an English-speaking tour guide who will take you to all of the scenic locations on the itinerary that day.
• In SIC tours, you must get to the departure location on your own.
• The pick and Drop point of SIC tours may not be the same.

Walking tours:

Hop-on- hop-off bus pass: 

• The Hop on Hop off Bus Pass allows you to board and exit the bus at any time during the validity period of your ticket.

• A private tour simply means that you and your group are the only ones on it and that all ground transportation is handled by your very own personal tour guide.

Yes for SIC and Private Van tours, timings are to be strictly followed.

Private:

•  Australian driving laws state that a motorist is not allowed to drive for longer than 10 hours at a time and that they must take breaks every two and four hours, respectively.
• Hours of Operations will be a Maximum of 12 Hrs strictly inclusive of all the compulsory breaks in between.  The hours cannot be extended.
• The car is reserved just for the services stated and as per the itinerary given by Flamingo Travels.
• Additional fees must be paid if passengers need to use the vehicle for any extra services. The same has to be paid directly and the services should be within the driving hours only.
• The driver speaks basic English and he is a driver and not a Guide. All passengers must wear the seat belt in Australia. Failed to Do so will get the driver fined and will be charged to the passengers. 

Self Drive:

• On the other hand, if you are doing Self Drive then only Voucher Timings need to be taken care of, rest upon your convenience.

• Most of the tickets are now E-tickets and can be validated at the entrance of the attraction, in some tours, it is compulsory to exchange the vouchers at the supplier office and reach the departure point, so the passengers should carry the hard copies of the vouchers along with soft copies.

Yes, it’s mandatory to carry an International Credit Card, as you need to provide the details at  the booked accommodation as a refundable deposit will be blocked for 15 working days and released post your check out. Any damage to the room/ property will be charged to this credit card.

Also, in case, you book a self-drive car, you need to carry the same credit card that you provided at the time of booking.

Wi-Fi is available at most of the International airports, Public access areas of Hotels, cruise lines, and trains in Australia. Buses do not necessarily have Wi-Fi. The speed quality and speed may vary.

2. The Tour Involves traveling by Train, bus, tram, ferries. The travel from one country to another country could be by Train, Bus, or Internal flight depending on the distance. The duration depends on the destination.

3. Hotels booked in our tours will be as per your requirements, budget, and consent. Could be in the city center or outskirts as finalized with you. 

4. Few Of the Hotels in Australia are not built with air conditioning due to climatic conditions of the place. In case of warm indoors, hotels ask to open windows and sleep. 

5. Breakfast in Hotels is a cold continental breakfast. It has bread, butter, cereals, juice etc. Breakfast does not include any Indian dishes. In Australian cities, there is no live counter serving Eggs variations. In the case of a private van trip, tips for the coach captain and guides are required in Australia. Tips differ as per the country of visit. 

6. As porter services are not available in Australia owing to a lack of manpower, we advise you to pack as little luggage as possible in four-wheeler suitcases, as you will have to take your bags to your room and bring them back. 

If you have an early arrival or late departure, Please be aware that typical check-in and check-out times are 1500 and 1100 respectively. You will have to check in or check out the room accordingly.

7. For Private Van Tours :

• Coach Captains are subject to Australian rules and regulations regarding driving hours per day and week. All itineraries are planned to comply with them. As a result, passengers must rigorously adhere to the timetable and arrive on time.
• WIFI will not be available on board our coaches.
• The final itinerary is compiled by keeping Australian driving laws & regulations in consideration.
• Guests must stick to the timings specified in the itinerary.
• All services will be provided at the times indicated in the itinerary.
• Any delays will cause service interruptions or outright termination.
• We will not be liable for any compensatory or alternative arrangements.
• Guests are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of any service.
• Tourists must always keep their passports with them and be prepared to show them to local authorities upon request.
• Any additional services used beyond those that have been confirmed must be paid for and settled directly.
• If the tour manager is excluded, the lead passenger is in charge of coordinating the time and location with the drivers, hotels, restaurants, guides, admissions to attractions, etc.

8. Meals:

• Breakfast: Your breakfast is usually a continental breakfast with tea or coffee, juices, cereals, milk, bread, butter, and jam. There may be no Indian or Jain items available.
• Tap water is safe to drink.

9. Hotels:

• Due to climatic conditions, most hotels in Australia have relatively modest rooms and few don't have air conditioning or fans, in contrast to hotels in Asia or other nations.
• For the Hotels booked for you, a chart will be provided with all specifications like star category/ room size, ac/ non-ac/ rating/ distance from the city center.
• Please be aware that double and triple rooms often have the same size. A roll-away bed or an additional bed is frequently used as the third bed in triple rooms. Typically, Australian hotels have tiny, cramped rooms that are between 15 and 18 square meters in size.
• Please be aware that in Australia, check-in and check-out times are typically 1500 and 1100 hours, respectively. (It may vary from Hotel to Hotel). Early check-in requests are charged additionally by the hotel 
• Standard rooms are charged at the regular rate. A surcharge will be applied to rooms with a view of the sea or the lake, as well as Deluxe and Suite rooms.
• Not all hotels in Australia have free WiFi; if you need it, you must pay at the front desk.
• We are not allowed to assign rooms; the hotel front desk handles this exclusively when guests check-in.  No commitment or guarantee can be made for adjacent rooms or rooms on the same floor.
• It is strictly forbidden to cook anything within a hotel, and if this rule is broken, the guest may face
• severe consequences.
• Any damage done by guests to hotel or apartment rooms. For instance: Any property that is damaged, room stains from oil, glass that is scratched, or wooden flooring. The hotel will impose severe fines that are to be borne by the guests. Such fines will be added to the refundable deposit you paid at the properties or will be requested separately. 
• Tap water is safe to drink in Australia. Hotels do not supply free drinking water.
• Some hotel rooms do not have tea kettles, therefore we advise bringing your own.
• At any hotel or apartment, there are no room services, bellboys, or porters.
• At the time of check-in at the hotels or apartments, the refundable deposit amount will be blocked on your credit card or Forex card. The deposit shall be reflected in your account in around 15 to 30 days. 
• If you book an apartment, you must cancel within 24 hours or pay a 25% instant cancellation fee. Additional cancellations are subject to the policy; some units are also nonrefundable; please inquire at the time of booking.

10. Sightseeing & Tours:

• Seat in Coach Tours offers pick-up from the city center. Passengers have to reach these pick-up points on their own. It is their responsibility to ensure that they reach the designated pick-up point on time. If you are not able to reach on time, it will be counted as a no-show. There won’t be any refund for the unutilized service. You will have to arrange private transport for the missed tour at your own cost. 
• SIC tours adhere to a set route and schedule and never deviate from them.
• The fee for optional sightseeing must be paid in advance when making reservations.
• Unless explicitly stated, SIC trips do not include admission to all monuments.
• Major events, strikes, marathons, bike races, high traffic, and other unforeseen conditions frequently prevent the general public from accessing some parts of cities. If sightseeing/local transportation suffers in this situation, there will be no compensation for the unused services.

Luggage :

• Please note in case your itinerary includes an internal flight, the baggage allowance will be limited, depending on the airline & sector you are issued on please check and pack as per the allowance, even if you are allowed more luggage on the main flight. Most airlines allow 20 kgs of check-in luggage and 7 kgs of hand luggage.

Please note it is compulsory to web check-in for all internal flights, in case you do not web check-in, the check-in is chargeable at the airline counter.

Information that you should provide While Booking!

Meal request for the Airline and the Tour (Choices are Veg or Jain Meals) (We understand Jain means No Onion No garlic & No Potato) (Please mention in the Booking Form If you are allergic to any foods)(If you have any more specific food request you can mention the same to the sales staff and in the booking form. We will try to help with the same but DO NOT GUARANTEE availability of the same) 

3. Billing Details (If you need to claim any GST or TCS or need your Bills in your Company Account, GST No and Proper Billing details need to be submitted before the booking is made. Making changes in Our Accounting System after the Invoice is raised is not Possible) 

4. For Overseas Medical Insurance do mention if you have any existing diseases. 

5. Inform your Sales Staff In case you have anyone who is traveling with you who is not very mobile and may require a long time to walk or need a wheelchair. In Australia, we do have many cities where one is required to walk long and the city tour is by foot. So, check before booking that you are not booking any wrong Tour for you or your family.

Payment Policy to Make the Payment!

1. TCS applies to our Total Tour Cost, depending on your annual purchase of overseas transactions you will be either paying 5 % or 20 % TCS, which can be claimed back. (Which is not part of Total Tour Cost and Charged additionally) 

2. Exchange rate at that point of payment. 

a :- ROE will be applied on the day you complete your final payment. 

b :- ROE will be determined as per the interbank rate on www.xe.com  + Rs.1 on the day when you make payment. 

c :- We are okay if you wish to make an early payment in case the AUD exchange rate goes lower. You can keep checking the same on www.xe.com. 

Payment Schedule: 

Initial Deposit: INR 50000/- per person is required to confirm the seat. 

2nd Payment 75 Days before departure: INR 80000/- (This payment will be considered toward Indian Rupees Cost) 

3rd Payment 45 Days before departure: INR 50000/-

4th Payment 30 Days before departure: Remaining Full Payment 

Please note that it is mandatory to adhere to the above schedule no matter if your visas are received or not. 

Airline:

1. Please check your baggage allowance as per your airline. 

2. Web Check-in to be done by passenger on their own.

3. Please note that as soon as tickets are issued one falls under ticket cancellation. 

Visas:

1.The appointment Server is down many times during the day so it may be possible that it may take a little longer to take your date.

2.VFS collects a charge to take Appointments as well. The fee for the same needs to be paid to Flamingo by passengers.

3.If you are applying for 2 Visas you will have to update your bank statements again after 1st application is done. 

4.Even if you have given documents early you are required to update your bank statement 3 days before the submission date. 

5. Visa Dates are difficult to get nowadays. Many times, when we wait to know the passenger’s preference our dates are gone so to give choices for visa date submission is not possible and you may not get a choice. 

How the Booking Process Will Follow!

1. When we get your inquiry request, our travel advisers will begin assisting you in creating an amazing holiday plan based on your specific needs and interests. We will check the current availability of the proposed hotel or similar and rates/airline rates / internal flight & train rates & deliver the final package pricing once we get package confirmation from you. Please accept the package confirmation in writing to complete the booking. The customer must read the hotel reviews on booking.com or TripAdvisor before sending their final email confirmation.

2.Upon receipt of a deposit, we will instantly secure your reservation and complete your final booking, which will be confirmed after 48 hours.=

3. However, it is possible that the hotel or room type listed by us is full at the time of booking (particularly during peak season). In that scenario, we will provide you with an alternate hotel or accommodation (higher or lower category). Any changes in costs will be notified to you, and any amount payable by you or to you will be paid or returned to you, as applicable.Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter with specific information about the suggested flights, hotels, and tours. We have the right to make modifications and provide you with similar alternative options if any conditions change after the confirmation.

4. This package is flexible, which means that changes to the itinerary/activity can be made if desired. The final payment will be calculated according to the changes made to the itinerary, which will be described in the confirmation email that was given to you. Any changes may require additional payment. Passport Copies of All Passengers' First and Last Pages (All passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return, and the passengers must check before submission. Any bookings made on non-valid passport travelers are responsible for any charges incurred as a result of the same.

5. To reserve your tour, a deposit of Rs. 50000 per person is necessary. If you book less than 60 days before your trip, your deposit will be based on the payment requirements for that date as outlined in the payment policy below. A copy of your PAN card must be sent with the payment.

6. Final Vouchers can be issued only after complete payment has been received. Ten days before departure, no change requests will be allowed.

7. Once you fully understand our Tour Product and what to Expect from Product. Please read all Terms and Conditions carefully along with the above document and sign the Booking Form with all your details.

8. Once booking is completed, please pay the Initial Deposit to confirm all your services. Once the formalities are done you will be handed over 2 Documents Visa Checklist & Questionnaire to be filled for Visas.

9. Once the Initial deposit payment is made your land bookings will be processed, and full payments toward tickets are required to issue.

10. Please make sure to submit all documents as per the visa checklist and filled questionnaire within 3 days of Booking. You may take up to 7 days if you are booking your tour at least 100 days in advance.

11.Once all documents are complete then only, we will be able to take the visa date. Even if a single document is pending visas cannot be processed. 

12. For Australia Visa: You will be sent your visa form to check. Please check thoroughly and give a go-ahead only then our visa team will take the date for submission of UK visas.

2.Pre–departure Presentation: This is the event that we usually organize between a week before departure. The date and time will be conveyed to you by our office. Please be aware that your presence is compulsory

3. Final Tour Documents: The same will be handed over to you 7 Days to 3 Days before your departure. (As per company policy we are not allowed to dispatch any tour documents if Payment is not fully done). We will try to adhere to the above timeline in all cases. In case of heavy rush or unavoidable circumstances, we may have alterations in the same.
