- Day 1 :Dehradun - Kanatal/TehriReach at airport and transfer to Kanatal. On arrival check in and evening is leisure.Kanatal - Kanatal offers a mystic and calm experience to the tourists, in the lap of the untouched, unscathed environment. It is the perfect destination for those people who love to have a word with untouched, untamed and unspoilt nature. - Day 2 :Kanatal/TehriThis day explore local, Tehri Dam, Surkanda Devi Temple, Top Tibba, Return at hotel. Stay at hotel.Tehri Dam - Tehri dam is being constructed by THDC India Ltd. The dam is expected to produce about 2400 megawatts of electricity. Apart from that the Tehri Dam is the well known water sport destination. One can enjoy so many types of water sports like Scuba Diving, Angling, Canoeing, Rowing, Boating, Water scooter, speed Boating, Rafting, Kayaking, House Boat, Cruise boating etc.Surkanda Devi Temple - The Legend of God Shiva’s Taandav dance after his consort Sati immolated herself out of the incidents that occurred after Dakhsha her father insulted her husband, Lord Shiva by not inviting for the grand yagna ceremony that he conducted. During the Taandav dance, Lord Shiva carried the dead body of Sati in his hands. An enraged Shiva caused fears in the Celestial world. Hence, Lord Vishnu sent his Sudarshan Chakra, which destroyed the Sati’s corpse. The pieces of her body kept falling until Lord Shiva was left without a body to carry. After this, God Shiva sat down to do Mahatapasya. At least, 51 pieces of Sati’s body found disband around in Indian sub-continent and nearby areas. The spots where Sati’s body parts were dropped, later assumed as places of ShakthiPeeths among which Surkanda Devi Temple place is the one where her head fell. Due to the fall of head part of Sati, the place obtain the name Sirkhanda which in the passage of time became Surkanda. This all Shakti Peeths are dedicated to various powerful goddesses.

Overnight stay at Mussoorie.Mussoorie - Mussoorie is a hill station and is known as Queen of Hills, in the Dehradun district of Uttarakhand State. Garhwal Himalayan Range is in the foothills of Hill station, this Hill station lies. Landour is a adjacent town which is a army cantonment known as greater musoorie and as a township of Jharipani and Barlowganj.

Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board in the Dehradun district of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is about 35 kilometres from the state capital of Dehradun and 290 km north of the national capital of New Delhi. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range.
Mall Road Mussoorie
Timings : Morning to Evening.
The Mall Road is Most famous promenade in Queen of the Hills, Mussoorie at an height of above 2000 mtrs Mall road stretches from Picture Palace at east to the Library at the west.The Mall is major attraction in Mussoorie. Almost every visitor of Mussoorie should visit the beautiful Mall Road. Its a vehicle free zone.
The Mall is famous for picturesque viewpoints providing amazing views of the Doon valley. Benches and lamp posts are fixed at every view point at the Mall. Colonial style houses are the beautiful examples of the British Architecture. There are series of shops on both the sides of the mall road. There are old styled video game parlours and exciting skating rinks for kids entertainment, food stalls, stuffs to buy like woollens, handicrafts, restuarants . The SBI building and the Cambridge Book store are some of the landmarks on the Mall.
A beautiful place to spend and chill for 2- 3 hours. generally evening time is the good time to visit the Mall Road.

Kempty Waterfalls

Kempty falls is located on the highway between Dehradun-Mussoorie , in the Ram Gaon area of Garhwal It is one of the most popular tourist attraction and picnic spot in Mussoorie. Falls at an altitude of 4500ft above sea level is surrounded by panoramic mountain cliffs. The Pond is formed below the fall which makes an excellent spot for swimming and bathing.
Elaborate tea parties Camp Tea were held here and become popular leading to localized name give to falls as Kempty falls.
John Mekinan developed this area as picnic spot offering a gorgeous view of water cascading down from a height. Very popular among tourists Kempty fall is crowded around the year.
One has to walk to the falls from the car park, so its advisable to wear comfortable walking shoes. Always keep a water bottle to avoid getting dehydrated.

BHADRAJ TEMPLE
Lal Tibba
Timings : During Sunrise & Sunset
Located 6 kilometers from Mussoorie Lal Tibba is the highest point in Mussoorie and very popular among tourist for its scenic views of the mountains and valleys. At Height of 2275meters, La Tibba gives striking views of Nilkantha peak, Badrinath, Kedarnath peak up to Banderpoonch range of three peaks with the highest rising to 6,316 meters. It is a popular site for Sunrise and sunset. During the British –Raj it served as a cantonment cum hill station. Now it is occupied by the Indian Military services. A small terrace at , La Tibba gives mesmerizing views of the Tibet border.
