Ramoji Film City is cover a huge area of about 2500 acres, may be a major film-making facility in India. Owned by film producer and media baron Ramoji Rao, the construction of RFC was completed in 1996. The Film City has been certified by Guinness World Records because the world's largest film studio complex. It can accommodate about 50 film units at an equivalent time. The outdoor locations and plush greenery of Ramoji Film City attract tourists also . The studio has produced films during a number of languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Oriya, Marathi, Bengali and international films.
Ramoji Film City may be a popular family getaway in Hyderabad. It also serves as the perfect destination for corporate events and lavish weddings. The dramatic film city may be a best choice if you would like to spend a fun day with variety of rides and recreational activities. It also has two hotels, Tara and Sitara for the guests to remain in. Golconda Fort
Situated 11km from Hyderabad, Golconda Fort once served because the capital of ancient Golconda Kingdom and is one among the foremost famous historical forts of India. It derives its name from the Telugu words “Golla Konda“ meaning “Shepherd's Hill“. Originally a mud fort, the Golconda fort came under the control of several dynasties including the Yadavas of Deogiri, and therefore the Kakatiya dynasty of Warangal. Being witness to several powerful dynasties and ruler, it has been world famous since ancient times for producing some of the finest gems the world has ever seen including Koo-I-Noor Kohi Noor the Hope Diamond. The fort is home to some beautiful palaces and contains the famous Fateh Rahben gun, one among the cannons utilized in the last siege of Golconda by the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, to whom the fort ultimately fell in 1687. A unique sound and lightweight show takes you right back in time when Golkonda was filled with life, glory, and grandeur. With its fascinating history, the place is certainly worth a visit.
